SYMPTOMS

An error occurs when you export a Point file to ULDD and then upload it to another system:

"PMI Coverage must be greater than or equal to 16%. "

CAUSE

The "Coverage %" field is not filled in correctly

RESOLUTION

Enter the Coverage %

1. Open the loan file.
2. From the menu bar, select Banker > Closing Documents > Loan Program Information.
3. From the Mortgage Insurance section, enter the Coverage percentage.
