SYMPTOMS

When you go to Interfaces > Uniform Data Collateral Portal > and attempt to submit data, an error occurs:

"User not authenticated"

CAUSE

You do not have appropriate UCDP login credentials

RESOLUTION

Contact UCDP support to generate or correct your login account. The UCDP login is not the same as your Fannie Mae or Loan Prospector Freddie Mac login. You must contact UCDP support for your login problem.
