Point 7.5 and higher introduces the requirements for the Uniform Loan Data Delivery format. Point 7.5 must be installed to export the Point file to the Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac ULDD format file.

Most of the ULDD fields exist on the Banker > Shipping screen and provides a button to export the Point file into 3 different formats:

• Fannie Mae ULDD
• Freddie Mac ULDD
• Combined Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac ULDD

1. From the menu bar, select Banker > Shipping.
2. Scroll to the Uniform Loan Data Delivery section.
3. When you are ready to export the file to the ULDD format, click the appropriate export button:
   
   
   
   • Export to Fannie Mae - exports the Point file to the Fannie Mae ULDD format
   • Export to Freddie Mac - exports the Point file to the Freddie Mac ULDD format
   • Export Combined File - exports the Point file to both Fannie Mae and the Freddie Mac ULDD format.  It will combine both formats into one file.
     
     
     
     
     
4. From the Save As dialog box, select a location to which you want to save the ULDD format file.
5. In the File name field, enter a filename with .xml at the end of it. (Ex. FNM.xml)
6. Click Save.
   
   
   
   

Point will export the file into the appropriate format for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.  You would then import the exported file into the other system you are using.
