1. Log into https://www.mycalyx.com
2. Click Manage Users.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Locate the user to which you want to uninstall Point and then double-click their username.
4. Uncheck the End-User Role (  ) checkbox and then click the Save icon.
   
   
   
   
   
5. While the End-User Role checkbox remains unchecked, open Point from the user's workstation. Point will perform an uninstall and release the seat.

If you need to re-install Point after Point has been removed:

1. Log back into https://www.mycalyx.com.
2. Double-click the username for the user that needs Point installed after it was removed.
3. Insert a check into the End-User Role (  ) checkbox and then click the Save icon.
4. This will re-send an installation e-mail to the user for them to install Point from the new installation e-mail.
