As of July 25, 2010, you will be required to identify the technical affiliate from which the credit was obtained when submitting to Loan Prospector.  Until the release of Point 7.3, you will need to select the Technical Affiliate from the Loan Prospector Request Services page.

Selecting a Technical Affiliate from Loan Prospector.com

1. Submit the file to Loan Prospector.
2. From the Request Services page, select the credit company from the Technical Affiliate dropdown box.
   
   
   

Not properly identifying the technical affiliate from the Request Services screen in Loan Prospect may cause the following error when obtaining the feedback certificate: 

"MERGED CREDIT ORDER. ERROR SELLER ID (...) is not setup for CRC CODE (EM)... "

RESOLUTION

Select a Technical Affiliate from the Loan Prospector interface

1. From the feedback certificate displaying the error, select Request Services.
   
   
   
   
   
2. From the Request Services page, select the credit company from the Technical Affiliate dropdown list.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click Submit.
