SYMPTOM

The dropdown menu from the site header appears as a link.

CAUSE

Internet Explorer 9 is installed

RESOLUTION

Change the compatibility mode in Internet Explorer

1. Go to your webcaster site.
   
   
   
   
   
2. To the right of the address bar (see screen shot/graphic below), click the Compatibility mode icon.
   
   
   
   

The dropdown menu on the site header will function correctly.
