SYMPTOM

When you log into PointCentral, an error occurs:

"Point could  not connect to Point Data Server.
The details are:
Response is not well-forms XML...WSE 1608 no XOP parts were located in the stream for the specified content-id..."

CAUSE

The computer date and time are incorrect.

RESOLUTION

Verify the date and time is correct on the local computer

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Double-click Date and Time.
3. Verify the date, year, and time are correct.
4. Open Point and login.
