SYMPTOM

The sub-financing amount does not print on the Good Faith Estimate.

CAUSE

The sub-financing amount does not print in Point version 6.1.

RESOLUTION

1. Go to the Good Faith Estimate.
2. Scroll to the Total Estimated Funds Needed to close (Details of Transaction) section.
3. In line item l, enter the sub-financing amount in parenthesis. For example: (29000)
4. Print the Good Faith Estimate.

This will print the sub-financing amount on the Good Faith Estimate Summary page without affecting any calculations.
