Only approved credit agencies and lenders appear in Point. If the credit agency or lender is not in Point you may need to:

• Check Point for the latest interface update
• Verify that the credit agency or lender is not hidden
• Check the list of approved credit agencies and lenders

Check Point for the latest interface update

1. Open Point.
2. From the Menu bar, select Help > About Point...
3. Verify the build number at the bottom ends with .44.

   
   
   

4. If the build number is less than XXX.44, click here to download the interface update. 
5. Once the update is installed, open Point > close Point, then open Point again. Verify that the build number has updated to XXX.44

Verify that the credit agency, lender, or interface vendor is not hidden

For missing credit agencies under Services

1. Open Point.
2. From the Menu bar, select Utilities > Enable/Disable Services > Credit...
   
   
   

   

3. Insert a check next to the credit agencies name.
4. Click OK.

If the credit agency is not in this list, they might not be an approved Point credit agency. Click here for a list of approved credit agencies.

For missing Lenders

1. Open Point
2. From the Menu bar, select Utilities > Enable/Disable Lenders...
   
   
   
   
   
3. Insert a check next to the lenders name.
4. Click OK.

If the lender is not in this list, they might not be an approved Point lender. Click here for a list of approved lenders.

For missing interface vendors

1. Open Point.
2. From the Menu bar, select Utilities > Enable/Disable Interfaces Vendors
3. Select the Interface Category from the dropdown list.
   
   

   

   
   
   
4. Insert a check next to the interface vendor.
5. Click OK.

If the interface vendor is not in the list, they might not be an approved Point vendor. Click here for a list of approved interface vendors.
