The second home payment is not included in the ratios.

CAUSE

The second home has not been entered on Page 3 of the Loan Application with a negative mortgage payment.

RESOLUTION

Enter the second home on Page 3 of the Loan Application with a negative mortgage payment, to be counted as a debt

1. Go to Page 3 of the Loan Application and scroll to the Schedule of Real Estate Owned section.
2. Enter the mortgage payment for the second home in the Net Rent field as a negative number. For example:  -1300.
