SYMPTOMS

Printing any form from Point generates the error: "Could not start print driver".  Other applications print correctly; Point is the only program affected.

CAUSE

The Amyuni Document Converter is set as the default printer.

RESOLUTION

Change the default printer from Amyuni to any other printer.

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Double-click Printers & Faxes.
3. Right-click the printer to which your prints should be sent.
4. Click Set As Default.  This displays a check next to the printer.
5. Open Point and try printing a form again.
