Point Version 7.3 Service Pack 1 Release Notes .: Knowledge Base

The following list of items have been resolved with the service pack update:
Fees Worksheet	All Paid By buttons display as "Details" Fees print as Paid By "Borrower" even though the fee is paid by Broker/Lender/Other Print issue with Paid By (Fee Split) in Block 8. Transfer taxes do not populate when a 7.2 file is opened in 7.3 Closing Costs Paid By Seller does not print Compensation from rebate always prints PFC on the Itemization of Amount Financed
HUD-1	Adjusted Origination Charges do not refresh
Va Refinance Worksheet (IRRL)	Va Refinance Worksheet (IRRL) calculates the total maximum loan amount as a negative VA Refinance Worksheet (IRRL) does not calculate line 18 Total Maximum Loan Amount
Custom Screen	Does not print entries entered into a dropdown list Does not save entries entered into a dropdown list
Ratio	When there is a non-married/non-occupying borrower; the other obligations from rental properties on the Transmittal Summary synchronizes on both applications, causing an incorrect combined ratio.
Custom Forms	Conditions do not merge correctly in a custom form. This has been resolved by adding the condition merge field to the custom form insert fields dropdown list.
General Enhancements	Subject Property Address changes to the address from the REO section Subject property address does not populate to the Schedule of Real Estate Owned section on refinances Manufactured Home checkbox cannot be unchecked Opening a loan file with a pending title/escrow order causes an error The Register, Float, and Lock fields are enabled when the lock confirmed checkbox is checked.
