SYMPTOM

Errors occur in the application event log on the PointCentral server:

"CalyxPDSFileSync 8.0.13.927. Error While processing PDS service events in CheckServiceEvents( ): System.Data.SqlCleint.SQLException (0x80131904): Could not find stored procedure 'PDSDropPackage_Loan_CustomTable'..."

CAUSE

You have updated to PointCentral 8.0. There is an update available if you are experiencing this issue. Please follow the instructions below.

Install PointCentral 8.0 Service Pack 1
