Important: The full package of Microsoft .NET Framework 4 must be installed prior to opening Point 8.1. Click here to download the full version of both Microsoft.Net Framework 4 Client Profile and Microsoft.Net Framework Extended.

1. Contact the MyCalyx Administrator.
2. The Administrator will need to log into https://www.mycalyx.com
3. Click Manage Point Installations.
   
   
   
   
   
4. From the user's screen, double-click the e-mail address for the user to which you updating Point.
5. Select 8.1 from the Version dropdown list.
6. Click the disk icon to save.

1. At that time, all the user needs to do is to close Point if it is open and re-launch it. When Point is opened, it will automatically prompt to download the update.
2. Click OK to download the update.

**NOTE

You can update multiple users at once by checking the box next to each user account and on the bottom right, select 8.1 from the Version Dropdown List and then click Apply Version.
